Recently, Bret Schanzenbach spoke with Chafic Rouhana, the Vice President and District Manager of the San Diego Region of Wells Fargo. He has been with Wells Fargo for almost two decades, and also serves on the Board of Directors for the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce. Chafic and Bret talk about what led him to join Wells Fargo, what makes the bank different from other banks, and how the bank helps small business owners, as well as those in under-served communities, successfully achieve their financial goals.

Chafic Rouhana is a 17-year veteran of Wells Fargo with 12 years of experience as a District Manager. In his current role, Chafic oversees more than 100 team members in 9 banking branches within the San Diego Region.

Chafic graduated with his international Master’s of Business Administration from Nottingham University-EAE Barcelona, Spain.

He has an extensive list of community support and activities that include Statewide Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in New Jersey, serving as a Corporate Advisor to the Board, Co-Chair for the Northern New Jersey Middle Eastern Team Member Network, Habitat for Humanity and the Business School of CSSMU, and Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce.

Chafic has been married to his wife Kama for 14 years, and has three daughters: Amelie, Elsa and Natalia.
