Ashley Hawkins, Director of Childcare at Bitchin' Sauce. Started the Bitchin' Kids program for Starr Edwards going on four years. We have gone from me in a decked out room with 10 kids to taking over an entire suite at HQ and having up to 30 kiddos adding 4 employees to the Bitchin' Kids team. Not only have we have grown as a company but we have grown as a community in suite A. We have kiddos from ages 6 months to 14 years old interacting with each other on a daily bases. I truly believe this has helped grow each age group in a unique and diverse way!
