Olivia Rutman

Founder and CEO

Olivia is a born and raised San Diegan and is currently a local Carlsbad resident. She spend 15 years in the Banking industry, and while she had a great career, she always knew that banking might not be her true calling. As a mother of three young boys, she quickly realized how exhausting and frustrating the hunt for reliable childcare was, and while on maternity leave with her third son, she had had it and decided there needed to be a better way. The next day, Kids Care Finder was born.
