Tracey Spangenberg was born in Durban, South Africa and studied pharmacy at the University of Kwa Zulu Natal. When the opportunity to move and work in the USA presented itself there was no question she was all in and was fortunate enough to begin her American life in Carlsbad.

As a life-long learner, adventurer and with an insatiable curiosity about all things Tracey has navigated through a variety of roles and experiences as a healthcare professional driving growth, operational improvements, client experience and more. She has applied these skills and her inherent talents as a people leader and business operations diagnostician to found operations optimization consulting serviceTJS Consulting. The cornerstone is people! She created a program called Finding Your Genius - a data driven approach to uncovering individuals' innate talents, helping them set a roadmap aligned to their priorities and fulfilling their purpose . This is the “secret sauce” to an organization executing with excellence on their strategic plans. She calls it- Harvesting the Collective Genius. A proven 5 step system to facilitate organizations to meet their goals. She offers engaging and interactive speaking engagements to share her experience and data around how extraordinary we all are.

Whether it be surfing the California waves, getting her pilot's license, digging a volleyball on the beach l or trying to keep track of the pickleball score while laughing a lot, Tracey gives it her all. Having fun is a requirement for everything.
