This award is given to the school administrators who shows strong support for the school management team; exceptional leadership in managing school programs; commitment to educational quality and student achievement; commitment to professional and personal growth; and creativity and innovation in dealing with issues and problems facing public education. The School Administrator of the Year must demonstrate open mindedness and a willingness to think outside the box.
